제1장 총칙
제1조 목적
1. 이 약관은 BIG FIELDS COMPETITIONS 운영하는 사이트 http://bigfieldscompetitions.com/(이하 'BIG FIELDS'이라 함 )이 제공하는 모든 웹 사이트 서비스 (이하 서비스라 함)의 이용조건 및 절차에 관한 사항과 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 약관의 효력과 변경
1. 본 약관은 이용자에게 온라인을 통해 공시함으로써 효력을 발생합니다.

2. 회사는 사정 변경의 경우와 영업상 중요 사유가 있을 때 약관을 변경할 권한을 가지고 있으며, 변경된 약관은 전항과 같은 방법으로 효력을 발생합니다.

3. 회원은 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않으면 언제든지 서비스 이용을 중단하고 이용계약을 해지 할 수 있습니다. 약관의 효력발생일 이후의 계속적인 서비스 이용은 약관의 변경 사항에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

제3조 약관 외 준칙
1. 이 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항이 국내 관계법령에 규정되어 있을 경우에는 관련 법령 규정에 따릅니다.

제4조 용어의 정의
1. 이 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.

① BIG FIELDS은 재화 또는 용역을 이용자에게 제공하기 위하여 컴퓨터 등 정보통신설비를 이용하여 재화 또는 용역을 거래할 수 있도록 설정한 가상의 영업장을 말하며, 아울러 사이버몰을 운영하는 사업자의 의미로도 사용합니다.

② 회원 : BIG FIELDS과 서비스 이용에 관한 계약을 체결하고 이용자 아이디를 부여받은 자

③ 비회원 : 회원에 가입하지 않고 BIG FIELDS이 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 자

④ 아이디(ID) : 회원 식별과 회원의 서비스 이용을 위하여 회원이 선정하고 BIG FIELDS이 승인하는 문자, 숫자 또는 양자의 조합

⑤ 비밀번호 : 회원의 본인 확인과 비밀 보호를 위해 회원 자신이 설정한 문자, 숫자 또는 양자의 조합

⑥ 운영자 : 서비스의 전반적인 관리와 원활한 운영을 위하여 BIG FIELDS에서 선정한 자

⑦ 제휴사이트 : BIG FIELDS이 업무제휴를 통해 공동마케팅, 공동 사업 등을 추진하기 위하여 하이퍼링크 방식(하이퍼링크의 대상에는 문자, 정지 및 동화상 등이 포함됨)등으로 연결한 업무제휴 사업체의 웹 사이트

⑧ 이용계약 : 서비스를 제공받기 위하여 이 약관으로 BIG FIELDS과 회원간에 체결하는 계약

⑨ 서비스제공 제한중지: 공공의 이익 또는 BIG FIELDS 서비스의 규정에 위배되는 경우에 BIG FIELDS이 회원에게 제공하는 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 제한하거나 중지하는 것

⑩ 해지 : BIG FIELDS 또는 회원이 서비스 개통 후 이용 계약을 해약하는 것

⑪ 전항에서 정한 것을 제외하고는 거래관행 및 관계법령에 따릅니다.

제2장 서비스 이용
제1조 이용계약의 성립
1. 이용 계약은 이용자의 이용 신청에 대한 BIG FIELDS의 이용 승낙과 이용자의 약관 내용에 대한 동의로 성립됩니다.

2. BIG FIELDS 회원에 가입하여 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 희망자는 BIG FIELDS에서 요청하는 개인 신상정보를 제공해야 합니다. 이용자가 제공한 개인정보는 BIG FIELDS의 개인정보보호정책에 따라 철저히 보호됩니다.

제2조 이용신청의 제한
1. BIG FIELDS은 다음 각 호에 해당하는 이용계약신청에 대하여는 이를 승낙하지 아니 합니다.

가. 다른 사람의 명의를 사용하여 신청하였을 때

나. 이용 계약 신청서의 내용을 허위로 기재하였을 때

다. 사회의 안녕 질서 혹은 미풍양속을 저해할 목적으로 신청하였을 때

라. 기타 BIG FIELDS이 정한 이용 신청 요건이 미비 되었을 때

제3조 서비스 이용 및 제한
1. 서비스 이용은 BIG FIELDS의 업무상 또는 기술상 특별한 지장이 없는 한 연중무휴, 1일 24시간을 원칙으로 합니다. 단, BIG FIELDS은 정기 점검 등 업무상, 기술상의 이유로 서비스 이용의 전부 또는 일부를 제한할 수 있으며, 이 경우 BIG FIELDS은 사전 또는 사후에 이를 BIG FIELDS의 공지사항에에 공지합니다.

2. BIG FIELDS에서 제공하는 서비스 중 일부는 BIG FIELDS 회원에 가입하여 BIG FIELDS에서 인정한 ID와 비밀번호를 통해서만 서비스를 받을 수 있습니다.

제4조 게시물의 저작권
1. 서비스 내에 게재된 자료에 대한 권리와 책임은 게시자에게 있습니다. BIG FIELDS은 게시자의 동의가 없는 한 이를 영리적인 목적으로 사용할 수 없습니다. 단, 비영리적인 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다. BIG FIELDS은 서비스 내에 회원의 게시물을 게재할 권한이 있습니다.

2. 회원은 서비스를 이용하여 얻은 정보를 가공판매하는 행위 등 서비스 내에 게재된 자료를 상업적으로 사용할 수 없습니다.

제5조 서비스의 요금
1. BIG FIELDS이이 제공하는 서비스는 일부 유료 정보를 제외하고 기본적으로 무료로 합니다. 다만 회사는 추후에 유료로 할 수 있으며, 그 자세한 내용에 대하여는 회원에게 별도 공지하는 것으로 합니다.

제6조 회원 아이디 부여
1. BIG FIELDS은 이용신청자에게 이용신청 순서에 따라 회원 아이디를 부여하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.

2. 다음 아래의 ①∼④항에 해당하는 경우에는 BIG FIELDS은 이용신청자 또는 회원에게, 신청하는 아이디나 부여된 회원 아이디의 변경을 요구할 수 있습니다.

① 기존의 회원 아이디와 동일한 아이디로 이용 신청하는 경우

② 회원 아이디가 전화번호 또는 주민등록번호 등으로 등록되어 사생활 침해의 우려가 있는 경우

③ 타인에게 혐오감을 주거나 미풍양속을 해치는 경우

④ 기타 합리적인 사유가 있는 경우

제3장 권리와 의무
제1조 BIG FIELDS의 의무
1. BIG FIELDS은 특별한 사정이 없는 한 회원이 신청한 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 합니다.

2. BIG FIELDS은 이 약관에서 정한 바에 따라 계속적, 안정적으로 서비스를 제공할 의무가 있습니다.

3. BIG FIELDS은 회원으로부터 제기되는 의견이나 불만이 정당하다고 인정할 경우에는 즉시 처리하여야 합니다.

4. BIG FIELDS은 회원이 제공한 개인정보를 보호할 의무가 있습니다.

① BIG FIELDS은 이 약관이 정하는 바에 따라 지속적이고 안정적인 서비스를 제공하는 데 최선을 다해야 합니다.

② BIG FIELDS은 회원의 신용정보를 포함한 개인신상정보의 보안에 대하여 기술적 안전 조치를 강구하고 관리에 만전을 기함으로써 회원 의 개인정보 보안에 최선을 다해야 합니다.

③ BIG FIELDS은 회원으로부터 제기되는 의견 및 불만사항이 정당하다고 판단되는 경우 그 사항을 신속히 처리하여야 합니다. 다만, 신속한 처리가 곤란한 경우에는 회원에게 그 사유와 처리일정을 통지하여야 합니다.

④ BIG FIELDS은 이용계약의 체결, 계약사항의 변경 및 해지 등 회원과의 계약 관련 절차 및 내용 등에 있어 회원에게 편의를 제공하도록 노력합니다.

5. 회원 개인정보의 보유기간 및 이용기간은 회원 가입 시점부터 해지 완료 후 90일 까지로 합니다. 상법 등 관련 법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요성이 있는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

6. BIG FIELDS은 개인정보보호와 회원의 정보관리를 위하여 개인정보취급방침(Privacy)을 홈페이지에 따로 명시합니다. 또한, 개인정보 관리 책임자를 두고, 개인정보 관리 책임자의 소속•성명 및 전화번호 기타 연락처를 이용자에게 고지합니다.

제2조 회원의 의무
1. ID와 비밀번호에 관한 모든 관리의 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.

2. 자신의 ID가 부정하게 사용된 경우, 회원은 반드시 BIG FIELDS에 그 사실을 전자우편이나 기타 방법을 이용 통보해야 합니다.

3. 회원은 이 약관 및 관계법령에서 규정한 사항을 준수하여야 합니다.

4. 회원은 서비스를 이용함에 있어 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

① 가명, 차명, 허무인 명의 기타 회원의 실제 성명과 다른 명의에 의해 이용 신청을 하는 행위

② 허위의 개인정보를 기재하거나 중복하여 가입하는 행위

③ 타인의 서비스 아이디 및 비밀번호를 도용하는 행위

④ 타인의 지적재산권을 침해하는 행위

⑤ 타인의 명예를 훼손하거나 사생활을 침해하는 행위

⑥ 게시판이나 대화실 등에서 욕설, 비방 또는 음란, 폭력적인 내용의 표현을 하는 행위

⑦ 과실 또는 고의로 허위의 정보를 공개 또는 유포하는 행위

⑧ 다량의 정보를 전송하거나 동일한 또는 유사한 내용의 정보를 반복적으로 게시하여 서비스의 안정적인 운영을 방해하는 행위

⑨ 광고성 정보를 수신자의 의사에 반하여 전자우편으로 일시에 다량으로 또는 지속적으로 전송하거나 게시판에 게시하여 다른 회원의 서비스 이용을 방해하는 행위

⑩ 정보통신설비의 오작동이나 정보 등의 파괴를 유발하는 컴퓨터 바이러스 등을 유포하는 행위

⑪ BIG FIELDS의 서비스를 이용하여 얻은 정보를 BIG FIELDS의 사전 승낙 없이 복제 또는 유통시키거나 상업적으로 이용하는 행위

⑫ BIG FIELDS의 정상적인 서비스의 운영을 방해하는 행위

⑬ 불법선거운동을 하는 행위

⑭ 기타 미풍양속을 해하거나 관련법령 및 이 약관을 포함하여 BIG FIELDS이 정한 이용 조건에 위반하는 행위

5. 회원은 아이디 및 비밀번호의 관리에 상당한 주의를 기울여야 합니다. 아이디와 비밀번호에 관한 모든 관리 책임은 회원에 게 있으며, 회원에게 부여된 아이디 및 비밀번호의 관리소홀, 부정사용에 의하여 발생하는 모든 결과에 대한 책임은 회원에 게 있습니다. 회원은 자신의 아이디 또는 비밀번호가 부정하게 사용된 경우 반드시 BIG FIELDS에 그 사실을 통보하여야 합니다.

6. 회원은 BIG FIELDS의 사전 서면 동의 없이 서비스를 이용하여 영리적인 목적의 영업 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다. 이를 위반한 영업 행위의 결과에 대하여 BIG FIELDS은 책임을 지지 않으며, 이와 같은 영업 행위의 결과로 BIG FIELDS에 손해가 발생한 경우, 회원은 BIG FIELDS에 대하여 손해배상의 의무를 집니다.

7. 회원은 명시적 동의가 없는 한 BIG FIELDS의 서비스의 이용 권한, 기타 이용계약상의 지위를 타인에게 양도, 증여할 수 없으며, 이를 담보로 제공하거나 기타 처분할 수 없습니다.

제3조 지적재산권 등
1. BIG FIELDS이 작성하여 제공하는 서비스에 관한 저작권 및 기타 지적재산권은 BIG FIELDS에 속합니다. 회원은 BIG FIELDS이 제공하는 서비스 를 BIG FIELDS의 사전동의 없이 영리 목적으로 복제, 전송, 출판, 배포, 방송 기타 방법에 의하여 이용하거나 제3자에게 이용하게 하여서는 안됩니다.

2. 회원이 서비스에 게재한 게시물, 자료에 관한 권리와 책임은 게시한 회원에게 있습니다. BIG FIELDS은 회원이 게재한 게시물, 자료에 대하여 서비스 내의 게재권을 가지며, 게재한 회원의 동의없이 이를 영리적인 목적으로 사용하지 아니합니다.

3. BIG FIELDS은 제3조의 의무를 위반하는 내용을 담고 있는 게시물에 대하여 수정 또는 삭제할 권한을 갖습니다. 이에 대한 구체적 인 기준과 절차는 별도의 규정에 따릅니다.

제4장 계약 해지 및 서비스 이용제한
제1조 계약 해지 및 이용 제한
1. 회원이 이용 계약을 해지 하고자 하는 때에는 "회원 탈퇴 신청" 메뉴에서 탈퇴 신청을 하여야 합니다.

2. BIG FIELDS은 회원이 다음 사항에 해당하는 행위를 하였을 경우 사전 통지 없이 이용 계약을 해지하거나 또는 기간을 정하여 서비스 이용을 중지할 수 있습니다.

가. 공공 질서 및 미풍 양속에 반하는 경우

나. 범죄 행위에 관련되는 경우

다. 국익 또는 사회적 공익을 저해할 목적으로 서비스 이용을 계획 또는 실행할 경우

라. 타인의 ID및 비밀번호를 도용한 경우

마. 타인의 명예를 손상시키거나 불이익을 주는 경우

바. 같은 이용자가 다른 ID로 이중 등록을 한 경우

사. 서비스에 위해를 가하는 등 건전한 이용을 저해하는 경우

아. 기타 관련법령이나 BIG FIELDS이 정한 이용조건에 위배되는 경우

제2조 이용 제한 절차
1. BIG FIELDS은 이용제한을 하고자 하는 경우에는 그 사유, 일시 및 기간을 정하여 이용자의 전자우편 또는 전화 등의 방법에 의하 여 해당 이용자에게 통지합니다. 다만, BIG FIELDS이 긴급하게 이용을 정지할 필요가 있다고 인정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니할 수 있습니다.

제5장 정보 및 광고의 제공
1. 회원의 정보는 철저히 보안유지 될 것이며 BIG FIELDS 개인보호 정책에 따라 공유 제공될 수 있습니다.

2. 회원은 본 사이트에 가입함으로써 사이트에서 제공하는 광고성 정보, 이벤트 소식 및 기타 관련 정보를 이메일, SMS 등을 통해 수신하는 것에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 단, 회원은 언제든지 수신 거부 설정을 통해 해당 정보를 수신하지 않을 권리가 있습니다.

제6장 손해배상
제1조 손해배상
BIG FIELDS은 무료서비스의 이용과 관련하여 고의가 없는 한 회원에게 발생한 손해를 배상하지 않습니다.

제2조 면책 사항
1. BIG FIELDS 서비스에 포함된 모든 정보, 소프트웨어, 제품 및 기타 서비스에는 부정확함이나 인쇄상의 오류가 있을 수 있습니다. 그러한 정보에대한 변경은 정기적으로 이루어집니다. BIG FIELDS은 언제든지 본 BIG FIELDS 사이트를 개선하거나 변경할 수 있습니다.

2. BIG FIELDS은 어떠한 목적으로든 본 BIG FIELDS 사이트에 있는 정보, 소프트웨어, 제품, 서비스 및 관련 그래픽의 적합성, 신빙성, 시의성 및 정확성에 관한 어떠한 보증도 하지 아니합니다. 정보의 사용은 전적으로 회원의 책임과 권한으로 수행됩니다.

3. BIG FIELDS은 회원 상호간 또는 회원과 제 3자 간에 서비스와 관련하여 발생한 분쟁에 대해 개입할 의무도 이로 인한 손해를 배상할 책임도 없습니다.

제3조 분쟁의 해결
1. BIG FIELDS과 회원은 서비스와 관련하여 발생한 분쟁을 원만하게 해결하기 위하여 필요한 모든 노력을 하여야 합니다.

2. 제1항의 규정에도 불구하고 BIG FIELDS과 회원 사이에 소송이 제기될 경우, 소송은 BIG FIELDS의 본사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

(부칙)
1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2025년 6월 1일부터 시행합니다.

2. 본 약관은 시행 전에 이미 가입된 회원은 변경전의 약관이 적용됨을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만, 공지된 바에 따라 변경된 약관 의 시행일 이후에도 본 약관에 따른 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우에는 변경후의 약관에 대해 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

Chapter 1 General Provisions
Purpose of Article 1

⑦ Affiliate site: A website of a business partnership business entity connected by BIG FIELDS in a hyperlink method (the subject of hyperlink includes text, stop and moving images) to promote joint marketing, joint projects, etc. through a business partnership

⑧ Use contract: A contract concluded between BIG FIELDS and its members under these terms and conditions in order to receive services

⑨ Suspension of Service Provision Restriction: Restriction or suspension of all or part of the services provided by BIG FIELDS to its members in case of public interest or in violation of the provisions of BIG FIELDS services

⑩ Termination: BIG FIELDS or membership cancels the use contract after opening the service

⑪ Except as otherwise provided for in the preceding paragraph, transaction practices and related laws and regulations shall be followed.

Chapter 2 Use of Services
Article 1 Establishment of a contract for use
1. The use contract is established with the consent of BIG FIELDS to the user's application for use and the consent of the user's terms and conditions.

D. When other application requirements set by BIG FIELDS are insufficient

Article 3 Use and restriction of services

Article 6 Grant of Member ID
1. In principle, BIG FIELDS grants membership IDs to users in the order of application.

2. BIG FIELDS may request users or members to change their application ID or assigned membership ID if they fall under paragraphs 1 through 4 below.

① If you apply for use with the same ID as the existing member ID

② Where a member ID is registered as a telephone number or resident registration number, etc., and there is a risk of invasion of privacy

③ In the case of causing disgust or harming the customs of others

④ If there are other reasonable reasons


Chapter 3 Rights and Duties
Article 1 Obligations of BIG FIELDS
1. BIG FIELDS allows members to use the services they applied for unless there are special circumstances.

2. BIG FIELDS is obligated to provide services continuously and reliably as provided in these Terms and Conditions.

3. BIG FIELDS shall deal with any opinions or complaints raised by Members immediately if it is deemed justified.

4. BIG FIELDS is obligated to protect the personal information provided by its members.

① BIG FIELDS shall do its best to provide continuous and reliable services as prescribed by these Terms and Conditions.

② BIG FIELDS should do its best to ensure the security of members' personal information by taking technical safety measures and managing the security of personal information, including members' credit information.

③ If the opinions and complaints raised by the members are deemed legitimate, the BIG FIELDS shall promptly deal with the matters: Provided, That if it is difficult to process quickly, the members shall be notified of the reason and the processing schedule.

④ BIG FIELDS strives to provide convenience to members in procedures and contents related to contracts with members, such as conclusion of use contracts and changes and termination of contract matters.

5. The retention period and use period of member personal information shall be from the time of membership to 90 days after completion of termination. Exceptions are made where it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations such as the Commercial Act.

6. BIG FIELDS separately specifies the Privacy Policy on its website for the protection of personal information and the management of members' information. Article 2 Duties of Members
1. Members are responsible for all management regarding IDs and passwords.

2. If your ID is used illegally, you must notify BIG FIELDS of it by e-mail or other means.

3. Members shall comply with the provisions of these terms and conditions and relevant statutes.

4. A member shall not engage in any of the following acts in the use of the service.

① The act of applying for use under a name different from the actual name of the pseudonym, borrower, nihilin name, and other members

② the act of registering false personal information or overlapping subscriptions

③ The act of stealing the service ID and password of another person

④ an act of infringing on another person's intellectual property rights

⑤ an act of defaming or violating another person's privacy

⑥ The act of expressing abusive, slanderous or obscene or violent content on a bulletin board or in a chat room, etc

⑦ the act of disclosing or disseminating false information by negligence or intention

⑧ Disrupting the stable operation of services by transmitting large amounts of information or repeatedly posting the same or similar information

⑨ Any act of obstructing the use of services by sending advertising information in large quantities or continuously by e-mail against the will of the recipient or posting it on the bulletin board

⑩ The act of disseminating computer viruses, etc. that cause malfunction of information and communication facilities or destruction of information, etc

⑪ Reproduction or distribution of information obtained using the services of BIG FIELDS or commercial use without prior consent of BIG FIELDS

⑫ Activities that interfere with the normal operation of BIG FIELDS services

⑬ illegal campaigning

⑭ Any other act that harms the customs or violates the terms and conditions of use set forth by BIG FIELDS, including relevant statutes and these terms and conditions

5. Members should pay close attention to the management of their IDs and passwords. Members are responsible for the management of IDs and passwords, and members are responsible for any consequences caused by illegal use. Members must notify BIG FIELDS if their ID or password is used illegally.

6. A member shall not engage in commercial business activities using the service without prior written consent of BIG FIELDS. 7. A member may not transfer or gift BIG FIELDS's use of services or other status in the use contract to another person unless otherwise agreed, and may not provide it as collateral or otherwise dispose of it.

H. In case of violation of the conditions of use set by other relevant laws and regulations or BIG FIELDS

Article 2 Restriction of Use Procedures
1. If BIG FIELDS intends to restrict its use, it shall notify the relevant user by means of e-mail or phone call of the user by determining the reason, date, and period: However, this may not be the case if BIG FIELDS deems it necessary to suspend its use urgently.

The use of the information is carried out entirely in the responsibility and authority of the Member.

3. BIG FIELDS is neither obligated to intervene in disputes arising between Members or between Members and third parties in connection with Services, nor is it liable to compensate for damages resulting from such disputes.

Article 3 Resolution of Disputes
1. BIG FIELDS and its members shall make every effort necessary to resolve any disputes arising in connection with the services smoothly.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1), if a lawsuit is filed between BIG FIELDS and its members, the lawsuit shall be the competent court having jurisdiction over the location of BIG FIELDS' headquarters.
