공모전 참가비 환불 규정
제1조 (환불 기준)
본 공모전 참가비는 접수 완료 후 참가자의 단순 변심에 의한 환불은 원칙적으로 불가합니다.
다만 아래의 경우에 한하여 환불이 가능합니다.
제2조 (환불 가능 사유)
1. 중복 결제
동일 참가자가 동일 접수를 위해 참가비를 중복 결제한 경우
→ 확인 후 중복 결제 금액 전액 환불
2. 시스템 오류
결제 시스템 오류로 정상 접수가 이루어지지 않은 경우
→ 확인 후 전액 환불
3. 주최 측 사정
공모전 취소 또는 운영이 불가능한 경우
→ 참가비 전액 환불
제3조 (환불 불가 사유)
다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 환불이 불가합니다.
- 접수 완료 후 참가자의 단순 변심
- 제출 마감 이후 환불 요청
- 참가자가 접수를 정상 완료한 경우
- 제출 자료 미제출 또는 접수 규정 미숙지로 인한 불이익
제4조 (환불 신청 방법)
환불 신청은 공모전 운영 사무국 이메일 또는 문의 채널을 통해 접수 가능합니다.
환불 요청 시 아래 정보를 제출해야 합니다.
- 참가자 성명
- 연락처
- 접수번호
- 결제일자
- 환불 계좌 정보
제5조 (환불 처리 기간)
환불 승인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내 결제수단 또는 지정 계좌로 환불됩니다.
카드 결제의 경우 카드사 정책에 따라 실제 환불 반영 시점은 상이할 수 있습니다.
Contest Entry Fee Refund Policy
Article 1 (Refund Principles)
In principle, entry fees for this contest are non-refundable after the application has been successfully completed due to a participant’s change of mind.
However, refunds may be granted under the circumstances specified below.
Article 2 (Eligible Refund Cases)
1. Duplicate Payment
If the same participant makes duplicate payments for the same submission,
→ The duplicated payment amount will be fully refunded after verification.
2. System Error
If the application is not properly completed due to a payment system error,
→ A full refund will be issued after confirmation.
3. Organizer’s Circumstances
If the contest is canceled or cannot be operated due to the organizer’s circumstances,
→ The full entry fee will be refunded.
Article 3 (Non-Refundable Cases)
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances
- Change of mind after completion of registration
- Refund requests submitted after the submission deadline
- Cases where the participant has successfully completed the application process
- Disadvantages caused by failure to submit materials or lack of understanding of submission guidelines
Article 4 (Refund Request Procedure)
Refund requests must be submitted via the contest administration office email or official inquiry channel.
Applicants must provide the following information when requesting a refund:
- Participant’s name
- Contact information
- Application number
- Payment date
- Bank account information for refund
Article 5 (Refund Processing Period)
Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days via the original payment method or the designated bank account.
For credit card payments, the actual refund posting date may vary depending on the card issuer’s policy.
